Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
• Two years recent speech language pathology experience in inpatient or outpatient hospital rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess communication, speech and swallow abilities and goals.
• Develop evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention plans.
• Review referrals and determine initial services for outpatient rehab.
• Maintain client records and prepare statistics and reports.
• Educate clients and families about rehab processes and resources.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team.
• Participate in research, program quality and safety activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
