Job summary

Paladin Security in Medicine Hat is seeking a security professional to provide exceptional customer service and sustain effective client relationships. You will conduct proactive patrols, respond to alarms, de-escalate crises, and coordinate with police and emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, crowd control, first aid when required, and thorough documentation. A valid Alberta security license and reliable transportation are required to join a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong observational skills.
• Ability to make immediate decisions, while maintaining composure in emergency response situations with minimal supervision.
• Ability to obtain a valid Alberta security license.
