Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking a vigilant security professional in Canada to perform access control, patrol duties, and incident reporting across facilities in Edmonton. The role includes monitoring for security breaches, ensuring patient safety, and reporting to Protective Services and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds an Alberta Security license (or can obtain one) and demonstrates excellent communication, reporting, and decision‑making skills.

Qualifications

• Holding an Alberta Security license, or ability to obtain a valid Alberta Security license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain routine logs.
• Ability to make immediate decisions in emergency situations with minimal supervision.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and in adversity.
• Ability to walk 18–20 km and stairs.
• Authorized to legally work in Canada.
