Job summary

District of West Vancouver is seeking casual Recreation Facility Clerks to support community recreation programs. Responsibilities include front-desk service, participant registrations via ActiveNet, facility rentals, cash handling, and data entry in a fast-paced team setting.

The position is casual with up to 25 hours per week, requiring flexibility for weekend and night shifts. CPR certification and a police information check are needed, with wage at $30.08 per hour plus 14% in lieu of

Qualifications

• Experience in public service or recreation programs is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process registrations with accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in person or by phone.
• Register participants using ActiveNet system.
• Arrange and manage facility rentals and related transactions.
• Handle cash, prepare statistics, and maintain records.
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
