Job summary

School District No.57 is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as casual Uncertified Teachers Teaching on Call in the Prince George area. Applicants should have at least three years of post-secondary education and recent experience with children or teens in coaching, mentoring, or employment roles.

Positions are on a casual on-call basis across Prince George and surrounding area within approximately 65 km. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ministry of Education’s redesigned curriculum and core competencies.
• Experience with children in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or employment settings.
• Understanding of inclusionary practices and assessment.
• Knowledge of First Nations Principles and Truth and Reconciliation.
• Ability to support social-emotional regulation in students.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• A current valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
