Job summary

The University of Victoria is seeking a Casual - Media Services Assistant to support classroom technology, event tech delivery and setup on campus, and assist with webcasting and videorecording services.

Reporting to the Media Services team lead, you must be able to lift equipment, hold a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license, and provide reliable customer service in a busy classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-secondary education in a related field.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License.
• Experience supporting event technology in a post-secondary environment.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom technology used to aid learning and teaching.
• Assist with event technology equipment delivery, setup, teardown, and rental.
• Provide access to webcasting and videorecording services as needed.
