Salary Range: $58,000 to $63,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the strategic plan and oversee ongoing table games operations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee guest services, games, and revenue growth strategies.
• Guide team development and training programs.
• Establish methods, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate purchases of table game equipment, and oversee new game implementations.
• Manage team members, including hiring, training, and development.
• Model compliance with regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• At least two years of management experience.
• Leadership experience in hospitality, customer service, or food and beverage preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business, commerce, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven managerial, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to remain calm and make rational decisions in stressful situations involving co-workers, guests, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work reasonable overtime as required.
