Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment seeks dynamic individuals for the Site Auditor role at Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs, reporting to the Audit Supervisor. You will review and balance daily gaming revenues, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment while promoting our culture.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year in administration (casino ops a plus), a secondary school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Gaming License.

Qualifications

  • Secondary School Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; 1 year in casino operations is an asset.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
  • Must hold a valid drivers license (note, this location is not on a bus route).

Responsibilities

  • Exceeds guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Helps create an engaged work environment by choosing positivity and fun, recognizing excellent peer performance, and by caring about and supporting our colleagues every day.
  • Review, enter and balance daily gaming revenues.
  • Distribute revenue reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
  • Builds strong working relationships with guests and employees.
  • Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
