If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you.The job involves:Handling cash transactions, exchanging currency/chips, selling and redeeming tickets and chips, redeeming coupons, processing jackpots and cash advancesStrict adherence to all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements as mandated by FINTRAC.Balancing all transactions and floats in a timely and efficient mannerEnrolling guests into our rewards program, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing comps to players based on playLoading and redeeming offers, booking show tickets and hotel rooms.Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in casino events.Greeting buses and assist with packaging of promotional prizing and display set up as required.Perform the functions of: Registration and/or Scorekeeper for slot and table tournaments, or promotions as required.Ensuring Patron records are kept up to date while maintaining strict confidentialityWorking in a highly regulated environment, ensuring strict adherence to variance, compliance and workplace policies, and AGCO directivesStanding for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 24 lbsBuilds company reputation through earning trust and loyalty of guests.
