Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions, exchange currency/chips, sell and redeem tickets and chips, redeem coupons, process jackpots and cash advances.
  • Balance all transactions and floats in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enroll guests into rewards program, re-print cards, reset PINs and provide comps based on play.
  • Load and redeem offers, book show tickets and hotel rooms.
  • Engage guests as an ambassador to promote events and promotions.
  • Assist with greeting buses and packaging promotional prizing and display setup as required.
  • Support registration or scorekeeping for tournaments or promotions as required.
  • Maintain patron records with confidentiality and adhere to AGCO directives.

If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you.**The job involves:*** Handling cash transactions, exchanging currency/chips, selling and redeeming tickets and chips, redeeming coupons, processing jackpots and cash advances* Strict adherence to all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements as mandated by FINTRAC.* Balancing all transactions and floats in a timely and efficient manner* Enrolling guests into our rewards program, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing comps to players based on play* Loading and redeeming offers, booking show tickets and hotel rooms.* Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in casino events.* Greeting buses and assist with packaging of promotional prizing and display set up as required.* Perform the functions of: Registration and/or Scorekeeper for slot and table tournaments, or promotions as required.* Ensuring Patron records are kept up to date while maintaining strict confidentiality* Working in a highly regulated environment, ensuring strict adherence to variance, compliance and workplace policies, and AGCO directives* Standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 24 lbs* Builds company reputation through earning trust and loyalty of guests. Shares knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties* Ability to multitask and work with various systems at the same time* Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another* Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation**The ideal candidate has:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Experience counting and balancing large sums of money* Minimum 1 year cash handling experience* Proven mathematical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy* Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills* Customer Service experience
