Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, AB is seeking a energetic Server to join our fast-paced food and beverage team across the Bingo Hall, Buffet, Blaze Restaurant, Gaming Floor and the Hot Dog Cart.

You will take orders, present menus, upsell items and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness. A high school diploma and Alberta Pro Serve certificate are required, along with POS experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Alberta Pro Serve certificate required.
• Experience with POS systems.
• 1–2 years serving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service per standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Accurately and efficiently serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Balance sales receipts at end of shift.
• Attend meetings and training programs.
