Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary invites energetic individuals to join our hospitality team as a Host/Hostess. You will greet guests, seat them across different outlets and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Alberta Pro Serve, 1-2 years in high-volume dining, and strong communication. You must be able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work shift-work as part of a team-driven operation.

Qualifications

• Alberta Pro Serve certification is required.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced foodservice role focusing on customer service.
• Post-secondary hospitality management education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner across outlets.
• Provide exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards.
• Assist FoH Manager, Supervisors, Servers and Cashiers as needed.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and compliance with policies at all times.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and staff.
