Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, Alberta, invites energetic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Servers. You will take orders, upsell food and beverages, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requires a high school diploma and Alberta Pro Serve certification. POS experience and strong communication skills are essential; shift-work capacity and the ability to stand for long periods are expected as part of a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Alberta Pro Serve certification required.
• 1–2 years server experience in a fast-paced environment.
• POS systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in line with brand standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system.
• Upsell specials and menu items to guests.
• Ensure tables are set and clean; maintain hygiene.
• Balance sales receipts at shift end and assist with inventory.
• Commit to shift schedules and comply with health and safety policies.
