Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Cook to support meal preparation and food service in a client environment. Reporting to the Manager, you will ensure timely preparation of meals, adhere to safety guidelines, and supervise kitchen staff as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen, coordinating with the client’s schedule, managing inventory, and keeping accurate records of meals served. A collaborative, flexible, and safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience required.

• Adhere to dexterra and hospital policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate, signed records of meals served.
