Dexterra Group in Vancouver is seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare breakfast and lunch menus, maintain clean food storage areas and support client scheduling within budget guidelines.

You are a reliable, punctual team player with at least 5 years of kitchen experience, able to multitask under pressure and adapt to client preferences, while following health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualificações

• Criminal background check required.
• Minimum 5 years of kitchen/cook experience.
• Strong team player with client service focus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and time-efficient.
• Comfortable working solo with support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean kitchen and food storage areas.
• Prepare high quality, nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch) according to the client scheduling and within the menu plan and budget guidelines.
• Be flexible and respond to client needs and food preferences as necessary.
• Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling.
• Adhere to all relevant Dexterra procedures.
• Manage inventory.
