Purity life Health Products LP in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application & Accounts Receivable Support to join our Finance team. This role ensures accurate cash posting, monitors AR, and resolves deductions while supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, EDI, and Customer Care, maintain precise data, and contribute to month-end close. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles is an asset.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication to interact with internal teams and customers.
• Organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines.
• Confidential handling of financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately apply customer payments to invoices in ERP systems.
• Identify and resolve unapplied cash and payment variances.
• Liaise with customers and banking teams for remittance clarification.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and portals.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and present AR status summaries to internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve trade deductions, including MCBs and co-op deductions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data (billing, contact, payment terms).
• Collaborate with Sales, EDI, and Customer Care to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Provide ad hoc support for cash application and AR as needed.
