As a Case Manager, you will be building relationships and collaborating with injured workers, their employers, medical service providers and others to develop individualized services and planning. You will play the pivotal role in facilitating medical and re-employment services for your clients.

Salary: $81,485 to $97,826 per annum (Pay Grade 11)
Our next Case Manager class will start on August 5, 2025. Please note s uccessful candidates must be available to attend five (5) months of training at the time of hire. This position is eligible for hybrid and successful candidates will be expected to work in-office as scheduled (subject to change). Assessments will be administered as part of the selection process.
