The Ability and Attendance team within Health, Safety and Wellness at Hamilton Health Sciences manages disability, accommodation, return to work, and attendance processes through effective incident capture, triage, and response. They support staff in maintaining regular attendance by providing necessary resources and support.
Position Summary
The Case Management Coordinator adjudicates disability benefits for employees absent due to non-occupational illness or injury. They support employees by maintaining communication, providing information about processes, roles, and resources, and facilitating return to work through reasonable accommodations. They assist Case Managers and leaders in promoting early return to work and modified work programs.
Schedule Work Hours
Monday to Friday; days, with some flexibility for various shifts.
