What You’ll Need

• Skilled in Commercial Painting, Mudding & Taping, Finish Carpentry, or Flooring Installation
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation) and WHMIS
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous renovation experience is an asset
• 3 years’ experience in a relevant role preferred
• Primarily residential or commercial experience preferred
• Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Physical Demand Assessment
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods
• Manual dexterity and balance for working on scaffolding
• Strong mathematical, scientific, mechanical, and logical reasoning abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a work team
• Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
