Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a full-time Capital Projects Carpenter to repair, renovate and improve our multi-family residential buildings in Saskatoon.

You will assist with site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and operating hand and power tools to complete concrete, framing, finishing, insulation, doors/windows, siding and related tasks. Ideal candidates have two years of carpentry experience, labour and painting skills, clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and

Responsabilidades

• Loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction material.
• Moving tools, equipment and construction material to and from work areas.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Repair and renovation tasks in concrete forming, framing, finishing, insulation, installation of doors and windows, soffit, siding and other interior and exterior work as required.
• Cleaning up rubble and debris to ensure a safe and well-maintained construction site.
• Performing other duties as required.

As the Capital Projects Carpenter, you will assist in repairing, renovating, and improving our multi-family residential buildings. You will also be involved in the cleaning and preparation of work-sites, cleaning up rubble and debris, and removal of waste materials. Apply today and you could be our next full-time Carpenter with our Capital Projects team based out of Saskatoon!**Your contributions to the team include:*** Loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction material* Moving tools, equipment and construction material to and from work areas* Operating hand and power tools* Repair and renovation tasks in the areas of concrete forming, framing, finishing, insulation, installation of doors and windows, soffit, siding and other interior and exterior work as required* Cleaning up rubble and debris to ensure a safe and well-maintained construction site* Performing other duties as required**What you need to be successful:*** Two years’ related carpentry experience* Labour and painting experience* Concrete and asphalt repair experience related to curbs, sidewalks and parking lots* Able to operate hand and power tools* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties efficiently* Good communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions* Able to lift at least 50lbs* Demonstrated ability to work with a team under minimal supervision* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle* Available to travel to various properties as required**What we offer:** Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward.
