Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Olds, AB is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Silverside Pointe. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, electrical issues, perform repairs on fixtures and surfaces, and maintain exteriors. The role requires on-call availability and a hands-on approach.

We offer competitive wages from $23.60 to $29.50 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits program and a company cellphone. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Completion of a relevant trade or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.
• Experience using computers, smartphones and tablets for email and work orders.
• On-call availability on a rotational basis.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems.
• Repair windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances and fixtures; tile work as needed.
• Paint, patch drywall, mud and tape.
• Maintain building exterior and basic grounds as required.
• Detect faulty operations and report deficiencies.
