Job summary

Kibbi is seeking a skilled carpenter lead for on-site projects in Surrey to supervise a small crew and coordinate daily site activities. You will interpret building codes, plan layouts, and oversee the construction of structures from foundations to roof systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage 1–2 workers on varied residential sites across multiple locations. This is a permanent day position with a 32-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
• Supervise other workers.
