Job summary

Boardwalk in Montreal, QC is seeking a maintenance carpenter to respond to tenant service calls and perform carpentry tasks in buildings. The role requires a DES or equivalent and a CCQ/RBQ journeyman license, plus five years in maintenance carpentry.

A valid Class 5 driver's license and own car are expected; fluency in French is required with English an asset. The successful candidate will work independently following trade rules and safety procedures, and may undertake additional related tasks

Qualifications

  • Hold a recognized journeyman carpenter license from the CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) or RBQ (Quebec Building Board)
  • Five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance carpenter.
