Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Edmonton, AB. The Carpenter will perform day-to-day tasks such as framing, installation of structural elements, and finish carpentry including trim, doors, cabinetry, and custom built-ins.

The role involves working closely with project leads and other trades to maintain quality standards, adhere to timelines, and ensure a clean, organized worksite.

The Carpenter will also help identify material needs, troubleshoot on-site issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction practices.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills, with experience in residential renovations and custom work.
• Experience in framing for residential structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Skill in finish carpentry, such as trim, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed interior work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and other trades.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and using tools for extended periods.
• Previous experience in high-end or custom residential renovations is an asset.
• Apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent experience in carpentry is preferred.
