Swissport in Mississauga is seeking a Cargo Office Agent to support daily cargo operations and ensure accurate documentation. You will verify import/export records, uphold safety standards and complete paperwork for airline and customs processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual for restricted clientele in French and English, spoken and written.
• General office operations skills.
• Able to process forms and documents in the two official languages.
• Able to communicate to airport, airline and Cargo personnel effectively.
• Customer focus and quality awareness.
• Must be able to work flexible working hours.
• Willing to work in inclement weather conditions.
