Job summary

Aplin is seeking a Caretaker/Resident Manager to support the on-site management team. This live, on-site role serves the Greater Vancouver region, focusing on showing suites, screening applicants, and managing the rental process for Residents, parking, and storage lockers.

You will address Residents' concerns, prepare vacant suites, and oversee repairs and cleaning. The position requires 2+ years of building management experience; experience with new builds, warranty processes, and marketing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building manager experience.
• Experience with new builds and warranty process is an asset.
• Experience with Marketing Units, and leasing process.

• Show suites and provides prospective Residents with an application if they are deemed a good fit for the building
• Manage the rental process for Residents, which includes all the required paper work for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers
• Treat applicants and Residents with courtesy and respect, and addressany problems or concerns.
• Prepares vacant suites for new Residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning and painting;
• Deal with Resident issues regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property.
