Job summary

The Ontario Caregiver Organization is recruiting for Implementation Lead roles in Ontario to support the Essential Care Partner Support Hub. The roles focus on driving caregiver-inclusive practices across the healthcare system with a strong emphasis on collaboration and measurable results.

These positions require a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, change management and coaching. Travel within Ontario is required to participate in meetings and events while working from a home-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in health care settings or caregiver-related initiatives is an asset.
• Proven ability to secure buy-in and inspire change.
• Ability to work with diverse communities, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, facilitation and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to organizations to raise awareness of caregiver inclusion.
• Provide coaching to organizations on caregiver-inclusive programs and policies.
• Collaborate with caregivers and organizations to address barriers to implementation.
• Develop resources, tools and templates to support caregiver-inclusive practices.
• Create targeted communications and proposals for stakeholder engagement.
• Build partnerships to enable province-wide growth of essential care partner programs.
• Support knowledge exchange and health care team education initiatives.
• Identify and address organizational and health system needs and knowledge gaps.
