Qualifications

The Position

We are looking for a full‑time experienced Autopac and Travel Health Service Associate to:

  • Provide clients with general auto insurance, driver licensing, and travel insurance
  • Support clients with helpful information and answer questions regarding Autopac and travel health products and services
  • Perform MPI accounting reconciliations
  • Support the commercial trucking department with Autopac transactions as required
  • Assist in handling of customer claims
  • Take an active role in training to stay current on all auto and travel health insurance products and procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 1 general insurance license, or willing and able to obtain this in the first 60 days.
  • Completed Autopac/IWS training, or willing and able to obtain this within the first 60 days.
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Self‑motivated; identifies personal development opportunities and takes initiative to seek and apply knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated relationship‑building expertise
  • Superior customer service, communication skills and positive personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
