• Clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers
• Discretion with confidential financial and personal information
• Public accounting experience
• Experience with Dext and Double (or similar receipt-capture and practice management tools)

Responsibilities

• Help clients set up and use online accounting and receipt-capture software
• Reconcile bank, credit card and general ledger accounts, including A/R, A/P and GST
• Find, investigate and resolve discrepancies and missing information
• Process payroll and prepare government remittances
• Prepare and file GST/HST returns, WCB reports and year-end T4s and T5s
• Respond to CRA requests and reviews on behalf of clients
