Job summary

Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services is seeking an Engagement and Retention Specialist to support clients in securing and sustaining employment within the Employment Ontario framework. You will engage clients, perform follow-ups, and build strong relationships with employers to promote retention and program success.

In this role, you will design and facilitate workshops, collect and verify data for funder reporting, and ensure confidentiality while delivering high-quality, client-centered

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
• Experience in employment services and client engagement is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Workshops/group training experience is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Employment Ontario programs (FFAI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and employers to support long-term employment outcomes.
• Proactively follow up with placed clients at multiple intervals to track outcomes.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for reporting.
• Identify barriers and provide coaching and problem-solving strategies.
• Develop and deliver workshops on retention, workplace success, and career advancement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with clients and employers.
