The Career Development and Support Counsellor provides proactive post-employment support to help clients maintain employment, navigate workplace challenges, develop skills, and progress toward long-term career stability. The role includes regular client check-ins, career coaching, employment-risk intervention, re-employment assistance, financial support assessments, community referrals, and accurate case management. This position also applies labor market knowledge to guide clients, maintain strong service standards, and contribute to individual and team performance targets.
