Responsibilities

• Provide proactive post-employment support during the client’s first year through regular check-ins and coaching.
• Assist clients with job trials, workplace challenges, and re‑employment efforts.
• Connect clients to community resources and supports for retention and advancement.
• Assess eligibility for Job Seeker Financial Supports and manage funds accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal portals.
