Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field. Post-secondary degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in career development, coaching, advising, facilitation, employment services, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops, presentations, or educational programming.
• Experience supporting students or clients through career development processes.
• Post-secondary experience is considered an asset.
• Career Development Professional (CDP) designation or equivalent training is preferred.
• Knowledge of Work‑Integrated Learning and student employability development is preferred.
• Equivalencies may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Career Coaching and Learner Success: provide one-on-one and group coaching to support career exploration and employment preparation.
• Career Education Programming: design, develop, and facilitate engaging career development workshops.
• Student Engagement and Career Readiness: deliver outreach and prepare students for experiential learning and employment.
• Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement: manage high volume interactions and contribute to program improvements.
