You will work closely with clinicians, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, supporting service delivery through effective communication, data management, meeting coordination and performance monitoring. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working collaboratively and contributing to the development of a growing service.

  • Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
  • Demonstrates a compassionate, person-centred approach.
  • Is interested in supporting health improvement and behaviour change.
  • Enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
  • Experience within healthcare, primary care, community services or referral management pathways would be advantageous but is not essential.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to contribute to an innovative and developing service.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of people across Lincolnshire.
