Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in a healthcare setting in Calgary. You will perform housekeeping, help with food preparation, serve meals, deliver trays to residents, and ensure kitchen cleanliness.

The role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and quality service. Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and food services is an asset.
• Healthcare or long-term care environment experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, verbal and written, with ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately.
