They will also provide hands-on support across both programming areas, which may include direct client care, coordination of services, administrative duties, and assisting with staff development.

With a deep understanding of the roles and workflows within both departments, the Clinical & Program Facilitator offers hands-on support, participates in crisis management, manages shift-level logistics such as staffing, inventory, and bed flow, and helps ensure safe, coordinated care for clients. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff attend mandatory training sessions and are able to take required breaks, providing coverage or arranging coverage as necessary.
