Sales Performance & Quality Coach (Philippine-based Applicants Only) full time
We're looking for a proactive and analyticalPerformance & Quality Coachwho will play a key role in driving excellence across our VA team. This person will be responsible for reviewing staff productivity reports, identifying performance gaps, and coaching team members to improve their performance. They will also oversee the first 90 days of new hires to ensure a strong and successful start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze productivity reports for all staff regularly
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and underperformers based on data
- Provide direct coaching or feedback to address performance gaps
- Oversee performance monitoring efforts and support the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed
- Deliver training sessions or refreshers as necessary to address skill or knowledge gaps
- Create and maintain weekly performance reports for leadership visibility
- Monitor the first 90 days of nesting agents, including attendance, productivity, and performance
- Work closely with Operations to escalate and resolve recurring or critical issues
- Ensure transparency and accountability through consistent documentation and communication
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality analysis, coaching, or training roles (VA/remote setup preferred)
- Good understanding of Sales or Sales experience is a must
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics
- Comfortable taking ownership of both performance coaching and training functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with reporting tools and productivity platforms
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and a sharp eye for improvement opportunities
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
