Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and greet patients with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate intake of information on the patient's visits and their treatment plan.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork to avoid errors.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain medical records.
• Collect payment at time of service and manage insurance claims.
• Provide administrative support to Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
