Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant - Nights at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. You will deliver high standards of personal care, support residents, and work as part of a caring team to ensure continuity of services.

Experience is not required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided. DBS disclosure is required and the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
• A DBS Disclosure check will be provided and cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents and elevate identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and elevate any identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of task.
