Affirm is seeking a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program, making independent, risk-based calls across marketing, onboarding, disputes, and remediation, with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

You will review and approve card marketing, disclosures, and UX to ensure regulatory requirements and consumer protection; lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation; prepare for regulatory exams and audits; maintain risk assessments and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance advisory in financial services
• Deep knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z applied to cards
• Experience with card networks (Visa/Mastercard) a plus

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the affirm Card program, including card marketing, checkout, onboarding, wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), disputes, and servicing, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the development lifecycle
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation for Card compliance issues through to sustainable closure
• Prepare for and support regulatory exams and bank partner audits related to the Card program
• Maintain and contribute to the Card program’s compliance risk assessment and control inventory
