Car Wash Attendant / Interior and Exterior Cleaner

Available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends as required.

Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-oriented, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Cambridge location.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash
• Guiding vehicles safely into designated spots in the cleaning bays
• Drying vehicle exteriors with clean towels
• Following company Interior/Exterior cleaning package protocols
• Communicating with other team members, supervisors, and quality control specialists to ensure each vehicle meets company standards
• Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, site maintenance, housekeeping, towel laundering, and work area organization standards are met
• Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing secondary site maintenance and seasonal duties to company standards
• Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality-driven, best-in-class customer experience
• Working closely with the management team
