You will explain features and pricing, help customers select the right vehicle, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• College certificate or additional courses would be an asset.
• Automotive sales experience would be an asset.
• Provincially licensed as recognized by the MVDA (CSA, OMVIC, AMVIC, etc.)
• Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and identify needs.
• Listen to customer needs and guide vehicle selection.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers.
• Follow up with customers and manage inquiries.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, features and promotions.
• Maintain professional appearance and dealership brand standards.
