Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to be the face of our brand at our local location.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service as customers bring in or pick up vehicles in our online-first platform. You will inspect vehicles, handle paperwork, and maintain accurate notes in our system while collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• G Drivers License (Ontario) required; clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: minimum of 40 hours per week, with a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to ensure high quality service.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as needed.
