Job summary

Clutch Canada is looking for a Retail Advisor (Inbound Field Specialist) at its Mississauga location. You will be the face of the company when customers pick up or sell their vehicle, delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience in a fast-growing online car marketplace.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, a sharp eye for vehicle detail, and solid paperwork practices. A valid Ontario driver's license, a clean driving record, and 40 hours per week availability are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years automotive industry experience is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• G driver's license valid in Ontario.
• 3 years of clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• 40 hours per week minimum with 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely positive experience to every customer.
• Provide outstanding customer service and be the face of Clutch at the Mississauga location.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues and identify potential problems.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with teammates and assist others as needed.
