Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, address needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint during the appointment.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to identify potential problems and ensure quality service.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Assist other team members as needed.
