Job summary

Chartright Air Group seeks a Captain to fly the Challenger 650 from Toronto as part of a three-pilot crew. You will ensure safety, support daily operations, and liaise with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet client needs.

The role demands extensive jet PIC hours, ATPL/IATRA eligibility, and strong communication. A flexible schedule and international experience are valued to enhance client journeys.

Qualifications

• Hold a Canadian ATPL or valid IATRA and CARs familiarity.
• Minimum 4000 total flight hours with 1000 multi-engine PIC and 1000 jet PIC hours.
• Experience on CL64 or similar jets is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and safety culture are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as Captain on Challenger 650 in Toronto as part of a three-pilot crew.
• Ensure flights are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Support daily operations and coordinate with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales.
• Foster collaboration and encourage idea sharing across the team.
• Provide direct client service to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Complete monthly training and other duties as required.
