Job summary

Chartright Air Group in Moncton (YQM) is seeking a Pilot - Captain for the Challenger 350 to lead flights, uphold the highest safety standards, and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has extensive jet experience, IFR qualifications, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with operations and sales for seamless private charters.

Qualifications

• ATPL or CPL with IATRA required.
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR experience.
• Canadian Radio Telephone License.
• Minimum 3000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1000 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft.
• Minimum 500 jet PIC hours.
• University degree or college diploma in Aviation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, flight planning, fuel planning.
• Knowledge of CARs and SMS safety practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Captain on the Challenger 350 aircraft in Moncton (YQM).
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage idea sharing and solutions.
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
