Job summary

Chartright Air Inc. is seeking a Captain for Challenger 300 based in Toronto to lead flight operations and ensure the highest safety and service standards. The role requires substantial experience, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with flight coordination and sales teams.

You will train regularly, manage aircraft performance, weather and flight planning, and maintain exemplary client service while supporting a flexible schedule to meet client demands.

Qualifications

  • ATPL or IATRA license required or in progress.
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours; jet or turbine time preferred.
  • University degree or college diploma in Aviation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Captain on Challenger 300 in Toronto and ensure safe flights.
  • Support daily operations and liaise with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and improve processes.
  • Lead and participate in monthly training and other duties as required.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto
  • Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
  • Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required
What You Bring:
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • M inimum of 3,000 hours total flight time
  • M inimum 1000 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred
  • A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
  • Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
  • Previous time on type is preferred
