Our Banking Client is seeking a Capital Markets - Business Analyst - IT - 5 to join their CRM Global Technology Applications team within Global Banking & Markets. This role supports a critical Salesforce initiative aimed at digitizing and integrating systems across the Client Lifecycle for wholesale banking. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Salesforce, workflow design, integration, user story creation, and stakeholder collaboration. Familiarity with architecture principles, end-to-end project lifecycles, and Agile methodology is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are key to success in this role.
Role:Capital Markets - Business Analyst - IT - 5
Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years’ experience as a BSA, with 3+ years’ experience as a technical lead
2. 2+ years recent experience with Salesforce CRM
3. Recent experience writing intermediate SQL/SoQL queries
4. Capital markets and global banking experience is required
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- A go getter personalities who can solve problems and think outside the box.
Best vs average: The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience. They would be a strong technical lead (not a people manager), who has significant experience with integration and enterprise level solutioning. Candidates will be data oriented.
