Glen Arbour Golf Course in Hammonds Plains, NS, is seeking a Bunkers Canteen Attendant to provide friendly, efficient service to members and guests during the golf season. This on-site role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing transactions with a POS system.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain it), and availability weekdays with mornings/afternoons, plus evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalized service to members and guests visiting the Bunkers canteen.
• Serve food and beverages while accommodating special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and seasonal features.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately through the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishment of products and supplies.
• Verify identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Nova Scotia regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming canteen environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Located on the course, The Bunkers Canteen serves golfers throughout the day with food, beverages, and friendly service. We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in their work, and thrive in a team-focused environment.

Candidates must be available to work weekday mornings and afternoons.

How You'll Spend Your Day:

• Delivering friendly, personalized service to members and guests visiting the Bunkers canteen.
